If there is any issue with stock availability, product details, payment confirmation, or delivery location, we will contact you using the phone number or email address provided during checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.

For Nairobi and nearby areas, delivery may take 1 to 3 business days.

For other towns and counties in Kenya, delivery may take 2 to 5 business days, depending on the courier service and product availability.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, high order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location, product size, product weight, and available delivery method. The delivery cost may be shown at checkout or communicated to you before dispatch.

For bulky items such as mattresses, furniture, large appliances, or commercial equipment, delivery charges may vary depending on distance and handling requirements.

After placing an order, you may receive a confirmation by phone, email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please make sure your contact details are correct so our team can reach you easily.

Receiving Your Order

When receiving your order, please check the package carefully before accepting it. If the package appears damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately.

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, provides incorrect contact details, or gives an incomplete address, we may arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery charges may apply.
